As many of you know, Timberview High School lost one of our coaches Sunday night. Cody McCarty, a 29 year old father of 2 young girls (Jaya and Laynie), passed away unexpectedly. Cody’s wife, Leyla McCarty, teaches at Asa Low. The support we’ve received from the people of MISD and this community has been amazing. I want to thank each of you for what you and your schools have done for the McCarty family and for Timberview.
