Fall Dance Recital Date Announced

The Legacy Dance Department will hold their Fall Semester Dance Recital on Thursday, December 3 at 7 pm at Willie Pigg Auditorium. Make plans to attend! There will be performances by Dance 1, Dance 2, Dance 3, Dance 4, JV Silver Spurs and Varsity Silver Spurs.

Varsity and JV Silver Spurs Complete Team Camp

The Silver Spurs completed Raising the Barre Drill Team Camp on July 31, 2015. The Silver Spurs learned 5 custom dances, plus 2 pep rally routines, participated in a drill down, team building with Camp Thurman, and much more. The Varsity Spurs were voted Most Admired Team of the Day on day 4 of camp by the other teams. The following Spurs achieved individual honors:

All-Star High Kick: Mariah Johnson, Amanda Haddock and Ashton Williams
All-Star Dance: Alex Corpus, Abby Lodrigues, Mia Williams, Ally Accipiter, Madison Giese, Peyton Neal, and Ashton Williams

Varsity and JV Officers Complete Officer Camps

The varsity and JV officers attended Crowd Pleasers Dance Officer Training Camp June 7-10, 2015. The camp held in Marble Falls, Texas included both dance and leadership training to prepare these student leaders to help their teams reach their full potential this coming year. The Jv officers were named Most Unified Officer Line and the Varsity officers were named Most Driven Officer Line. The varsity officers also received an award for Outstanding Showmanship. Prior to officer camp, the Spur officer groups spent a day hosting Ms.
